Mansa Nagarpalika Deputy Accountant & Clerk Bharti 2021:

Eligible candidates for the posts sanctioned from 27/09/2019 by the resolution of Gujarat Government, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, Secretariat, Gandhinagar for the recruitment of Fire Service personnel in Mansa Municipality have to apply within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. The educational qualification and physical fitness standards for the candidates are included with this. Candidates with wise qualifications will have to apply. Educational Qualification:  

1) Deputy Accountant: 

Must have a Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics / Statistics) or Bachelor of Arts (Statistics / Economics / Mathematics) from a recognized university / institution or have an equivalent government recognized educational qualification.

• Must have Computer Basic Knowledge and CCC exam pass certificate / mark sheet of any training institute. Or

• Qualification to be a computer as a subject should have certificates obtained from a government recognized university or institute.

• Must have certificates of passing Std-10 and Std-12 examinations with computer subject. Even if the candidate does not have such certificate at the time of application, application can be made, but the candidate has to submit such certificate before getting appointment, otherwise such candidate Must pass during the probationary period after obtaining the appointment.

• Data entry work in English and Gujarati should be done with an accuracy of not less than 2000 key depressions per hour.

• Must have general knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi or both languages.

 Age limit: - Not more than 28 years (Applicable to employees performing duty in Municipalities.)


2)  Clerk: 

Must be a graduate from a recognized university or equivalent with a government recognized educational qualification.

•  Must have basic knowledge of computer and certificate / mark sheet of any training institute of CCC exam pass. Or

કાત Qualification to have computer as a subject should have certificates obtained from a government recognized university or institution. Or

• Must have certificates of passing Std-10 and Std-12 examinations with computer subject. Even if the candidate does not have such certificate at the stage of application, application can be made but the candidate has to present such certificate before getting appointment, otherwise such candidate is appointed. Will not be eligible.

• Data entry work in English and Gujarati should have a speed of not less than 2000 kHz per hour with precision.

• Must have general knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi or both languages.

Age limit: - Not more than 28 years. (Applicable to employees performing duty in municipalities.)


Within 30 days from the date of publication of application for the above posts, Chief Officer, Mansa Nagarpalika, Ta. At Mansa, Gandhinagar, only by registered post or speed post.

More Instructions:

Applicant should submit along with the application recent passport size photo no. 1, school leaving certificate, self attested copy of educational qualification. The candidate of the reserved category will have to submit the certificate of the competent officer regarding the caste.

For all the above posts, along with the application, the non-reserved category applicant has to send a demand draft of Rs.500 / - in the name of Chief Officer, Mansa Nagarpalika.

The name of the place for which the application has been made should be clearly indicated on the application cover.

The age limit will be as per the policy rule of the Government. As well as the candidates of the reserved category will be eligible for age concession as per the rule of the Government. Must have prescribed educational qualification, required age limit and prescribed experience by the last date of acceptance of application.

The candidate has to apply separately for each post.

If more than one post has been applied in the same application form, the application form will be considered canceled.

The application form can be downloaded in person from the Establishment Branch of the Municipality, from the e-Nagar Portal (https://enagar.gujarat.gov.in).

Requests received after the incomplete fee time limit will not be considered and no correspondence will be exchanged in this regard.

The municipality will have full and unrestricted right to do so and to choose whether or not to make any change or complete or partial cancellation of this announcement and the entire recruitment process for any reason. The municipality will not be bound to give any reasons in this matter. And the conditions as a general class candidate will apply.

The reserved class candidate applies for the general post. So no benefit of the reserve will be available. And the conditions as a general class candidate will apply.

Competitive examination will be conducted for the candidates of all the valid cadres. The syllabus of the examination shall be as prescribed by the Director, Fire Service. This will be reported separately to the valid candidates.

As per the policy of the Government, probationary appointments of Class-II cadres will be made for the first-2 (two) years in the permanent pay scale payable to them. While the first appointment of class-3 cadre employees will be made with a fixed salary of 5 (five) years. Class-(3) Cadre employees will be entitled to pay allowance as per the prevailing norms of the municipality on completion of the contract period.
