Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy Section Officer / Deputy Mamlatdar Class-3:

1. A candidate shall hold a Bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; and 

2. Basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967; 

3. Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi. 

4. A candidate who has appeared or intends to appear or awaiting the result of the final semester/year of the required qualification can apply, but the candidate has to qualify and submit the required qualification as advertised before the last date of submitting the application for mains examination.

2. Chief Officer:

1. A Bachelor’s degree of any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission act, 1956. 

2. Possess the basic knowledge of Computer applications as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967 as amended from time to time. 

3. Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. 

4. A candidate who has appeared or intends to appear or awaiting the result of the final semester/year of the required qualification can apply, but the candidate has to qualify and submit the required qualification as advertised before the last date of submitting the application for mains examination.

3. Assistant Conservator of Forest Class-2:

Possess a bachelor's degree obtained from any of the University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University (Uni.) under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 in one of the following subjects as principal subject, namely:- Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Engineering/Technology: Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in above clause the candidate who possesses a degree of B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Forestry), must be obtained from any of the Agriculture Uni. or Horticulture Uni. established incorporated by or under the Central Agriculture Uni. Act or Central Horticulture Uni. Act or State Agriculture Uni. Act or State Horticulture Uni. Act in India.

4. Veterinary Officer, Class-2 Agriculture & Co-operation: 

Possess,(i) A degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) or a degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry (BVSc or AH) from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other Educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and have been recognized under Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984; (C) the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and (D) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. (E) Candidate appointed by direct selection shall get himself registered with the Gujarat Veterinary Council or Veterinary Council of India statutory bodies established under the Indian Veterinary Council Act,1984 at the time of making the application; if he/she is not so registered.

5. Municipal Accounts Officer, Class-2:

(A) Possess the degree of CA or Cost and Works Accountant or Company Secretary / 

(B) a Master's degree in Business Administration or Master of Computer Application or Master of Commerce or MSc(in Mathematics/Statistics) or MA(in Statistics/ Economics/Mathematics)/

(C) Bachelor's degree with second class in Business Administration or Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Commerce or BSc. in Mathematics/Statistics or BA in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central/State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such by the Government/declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government and (2)Possess knowledge of Computer Application prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification & Recruitment (General) Rules 1967(3) Possess knowledge of Gujarati/Hindi/both

Salary:

  • Deputy Section Officer / Deputy Mamlatdar Class-3: Fix Pay for five years 38090
  • Chief Officer, Class–3 in the Gujarat State Municipal Chief Officer’s Service: Rs. 39900-126600 (Pay Matrix Level 7)
  • Assistant Conservator of Forest Class-2: Pay Matrix Level No: 9 : 53,100-1,67,800 and other allowances
  • Veterinary Officer, Class-2 Agriculture & Co-operation: Rs. 44,900/- Rs. 1, 42, 400/- (Pay Matrix Level-08)
  • Municipal Accounts Officer, Class-2 Urban Development & Urban Housing DepartmentRs. 44,900/- Rs. 1, 42,400/- (Pay Matrix Level-08)
Age Limit:

1. Deputy Section Officer / Deputy Mamlatdar Class-3: 

Minimum Age: Must have completed 20 years on the last date of Advertisement. Maximum Age: Must not have completed 36 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the application.

2. Chief Officer, Class–3 in the Gujarat State Municipal Chief Officer’s Service:

Minimum Age: Must have completed 20 years on the last date of Advertisement Maximum Age: Must not have completed 36 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of application.

3. Assistant Conservator of Forest Class-2: 

Minimum Age: Must have completed 20 years on the last date of Advertisement. Maximum Age: Must not have completed 36 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the application.

4. Veterinary Officer, Class-2 Agriculture & Co-operation:

Minimum Age: Must have completed 21 years on the last date of Advertisement. Maximum Age: Must not have completed 36 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of application.

5. Municipal Accounts Officer, Class-2 Urban Development & Urban Housing Department:

Minimum Age: Must have completed 21 years on the last date of Advertisement. Maximum Age: Must not have completed 38 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of the application.
